DELIVERY/SHIPPING INFO
At Panda Online Shop, we value each and every single customer, our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible, normally you will receive your order in 24hrs to 3 days to those in Uganda depending on your location and 7-25 business days for international delivery from the date that it is placed.
DELIVERY METHODS
Deliveries around Kampala are done at owner cost as in indicated on time of order. Means of delivery are mainly Boda Bodas and certified bus company upcountry

The following locations are categorized as upcountry and such have longer delivery timelines; FortPortal,Masaka,Mbarara,Kasese,Mbarara,Tororo,Mbale,Busia,Soroti,Mukono,Jinja,Lira,Gulu,Arua among others
A receipt certifying package delivery to delivery company will be sent to your email or via your provided means of communication for follow up, we keep in touch until your order is delivered to your preferred destination
PROCESSING
Processing your order starts from the time you order to 2-7 business days for both local and international orders. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, we will keep in touch until the pre-ordered items are ready.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Usually it takes about 30-90 days to some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy.
Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
